The rooms were perfect and bright with clean bathrooms. Appreciated to be walk from a train station. Great service provided. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

Optimal location, extremely helpful staff, really spacious bed. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereal, fresh bread, bakery and fresh fruit. Room was well soundproofed, the pool was good. Walking distance to the train station, walking distance to the markets and shops.

The weather was wonderful, had VERY DELIGHTFUL stay. Absolutely fabulous place, clean, decent value. There were bars and restaurants close to the place. Themed, cozy room with 3 single beds and all the amenities, as for instance.

I didn't find elevator which I wanted, so was a little disappointed.

there were immaculate, absolutely perfect rooms with 3 single beds and all the amenities. everything seemed fine, clean. the hotel was next door to the heart of the florence. lovely overall experience.
